The team has been really easy to work with. They deliver what they promise. I am currently interstate and Sid manages the property without issues. He always contacts me with a plan for any changes that arise or change in tenancy which is very useful. Definitely would recommend them!

I am so glad I have Property Managers WA looks after my property, I had quite a few property managers in the past and to be honest, the level of CARE was never there, only Property Managers WA not only being competitive, most importantly delivers professional and prompt services, and the level of CARE is just supreme, I am truly satisfied and don't need to worry a thing, this is what I am expecting from a professional property manager, that is hard to find these days.

I have been dealing with Sid for sometime as my property manager . He handles my two property . Found him extremely honest and has strong ethical practice . His management fees are also reasonable and tries to give the best service at the lowest optimal cost. My tenant are happy with any communicating with him and finds the right solution for both parties on a win win situation. Unlike most property manager , Sid is available most times of the day and weekends.

Very professional and punctual. I have been dealing with Sid from past 8 months and he gave me all the confidence in giving my property to him to look after.
