LEASING & MANAGING SERVICE:

  1. Perth Property Managers WA promotional materials do not form part of our Management Contract. The terms of engagement to provide you with our service is exclusively outlined in Management Authority that you enter into with us though a tailored contract.
  2. If you are not happy for two consecutive months, and provided you have notified us on each of the month in writing, you can terminate our management agreement on or after 60 days of your first notice.
  3. Our low property management fee starts from 5.5% pa with add-on services/fees and is capped at 7.7% pa.
  4. Our flat low all-inclusive ongoing fees start from 7.7% pa and is capped at 9.9% pa based on level of service required and rent collected. Leasing fee and advertisement fees are additional.
  5. Perth Property Managers WA are always looking to improve our service. If you have any suggestions or if you are not fully satisfied with our service, please email us on sid.s@propertymanagerswa.com.au.
  6. Perth Property Managers WA have full discretion on fee discounts we offer you and how we calculate these discounts.

SELLING SERVICE:

  1. Our low selling fee starts from 1.1% of sale price or $5,950 whichever is greater. Our maximum selling fees typically is 2.25% (ranges from 1.8% to 3.5%). Our promotional material does not form part of our Sales Contract. The terms of engagement to provide you with our service is exclusively outlined in the Selling Authority that you enter into with us through a tailored contact.
  2. Perth Property Managers WA have full discretion on any fee discounts we may offer to anyone, irrespective of our promotion.

BUYERS AGENCY & INVESTMENT ADVICE SERVICE:

  1. As a premium Perth Property buyers Agency, we rely on number of research material and data in devising your property investment strategy. All investments including property investing comes with risk. We do not provide any guarantee, explicitly or implicitly about the financial or other performance, on any strategy we provide advice on or any property we purchase for you.
  2. Perth Property Managers WA have full discretion on any fee discounts we may offer to anyone, irrespective of our promotion.
