LEASING
We provide a personalised and tailored property management service. Your Property Manager is your contact person and responsible for all dealings with you and with your tenants. This allows your manager to be in full control of delivering his service to you in an efficient and timely manner.

The following is our Fee Guidelines (terms and conditions apply):
Our affordable ongoing all-inclusive flat property management fee is 7.7%. This means while the property is tenanted you only pay a one low fixed ongoing fee.
All-inclusive property management fee means no inspection fee, property condition report fee, admin fees, tenant application fee, lease renewal fee, annual statement fee, etc saving you around $1000 every year in fees.
When the property is vacant a 1 week rent plus GST leasing fee applies. There is also an additional fee for marketing and advertising.
The following examples provides a guide to our total property fees for a year to manage your property.
Let’s assume the rent collected is $400 per week and on average the tenant stays at the property for a year. The following are our applicable fees. A fee comparison with a traditional fee structure is also displayed side by side.
